Account Manager/Client Partner

Requirements:
- 2+ years of Account Management or Client Partner experience in IT services / software outsourcing.
- Demonstrated success in managing B2B client portfolios, driving upselling, and expanding account LTV.
- Proven ability to establish trust and maintain long-term strategic relationships with C-level stakeholders (CEOs, CTOs, VPs of Engineering).
- Hands-on experience maintaining account documentation, specifically Account Development Plans (ADP) and Quarter Business Reviews (QBR).
- Strong understanding of IT business models (Time & Material, Fixed Price), the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and technical team setups (IoT, Firmware, Web/Mobile, Cloud, AI).
- Experience conducting structured CSAT/NPS surveys and managing client health frameworks.
- Fluent English (C1 Level) for clear, consultative commercial negotiations and executive presentations.
- Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot CRM and Google Workspace tools.
Performance Marketing Manager

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) minimum, preferably Advanced (C1)
- Hands-on experience with Performance Marketing (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), Marketing Automation, Email Marketing Automation, and SEO.
- Experience working in a B2B IT or Software Development company, and an understanding of the B2B marketing funnel.
- Proven track record of generating leads in international markets, including the US, Europe, and the UK.
- Demonstrated success in scaling digital marketing campaigns.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional experience in IT companies or law firms with a focus on Technology Law.
- Higher legal education (Ukraine). An LL.M degree or certifications in IT Law will be considered an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of international contract law and understanding of the differences between Common Law jurisdictions (USA/UK) and Civil Law systems.
- English at Upper-Intermediate level (B2+) or higher. Ability to work confidently with legal terminology, draft contracts (legal writing), and conduct negotiations.
- Understanding of export control principles related to technology transfer and software distribution.
- Experience in supporting international tenders and procurement processes.
