The news has already spread throughout the Ukrainian tech community, appearing on the pages of Forbes. So, what exactly is going on?
In the midst of the war in Ukraine, businesses continue to operate successfully and even expand. At this critical moment in the state's history, it appears prudent to tighten belts and postpone ambitious plans until better times arrive. But this isn't about Ukrainian business.
Companies continue to spend enormous effort and money to assist the army and provide a reliable rear. Furthermore, we at Indeema believe that now is the time for businesses to expand and create new jobs for Ukrainians, as the Russian attack has caused many people to suffer and lose their jobs.
New investments are, first and foremost, a vote of confidence in business and confirmation of its prospects. Indeema Software has an excellent market reputation and over 8 years of experience, including with Fortune 200 companies. The company has opened an R&D hub in its Lviv office to implement high-tech projects. Moreover, Indeema collaborates closely with Lviv Franko National University and has co-founded PLLUG IT courses for students. The company currently employs more than 60 people and specializes in IoT development.
What does this partnership imply for Indeema Software?
- The financial infusion will allow stability to be maintained.
- Internal processes improvement will ensure rapid growth.
- The benefits mentioned above will allow for the recruitment of more qualified market specialists.

The stakeholders first met with InSoft Partners, the investment firm, three years ago. Since then, they've been keeping an eye on one other. It's like choosing a life partner; your goals and perspectives must align, and you must complement each other.
Vitalii Gorovyi is a successful entrepreneur in the Ukrainian IT industry and the founder of InSoft Partners, has acquired a minority stake in the IT company as a result of negotiations that began in late 2021. The investment company drew attention to several key factors, including the company's market reputation, internal corporate culture, personal image of the owners, and, most importantly, business development prospects.

InSoft Partners acquires shares in the service IT B2B businesses and participates in operational processes to scale and increase the value of portfolio companies. ITernal Group, Core Value, Cloudfresh, and Ucode IT academy are among the completed projects. Previous exits were made in the interests of the following counterparties: OakTree Capital Management and UST Global. Current projects include: InoXoft, Linkup Studio, and Indeema Software.
Even Ukrainian financial investors, who are aware of all the risks associated with Ukraine's difficult geopolitical situation, are not in a hurry to leave the country and continue to invest money and resources in Ukrainian business. This is the strongest show of support and belief in Ukraine's victory.
