Vitalii Gorovyi is a successful entrepreneur in the Ukrainian IT industry and the founder of InSoft Partners, has acquired a minority stake in the IT company as a result of negotiations that began in late 2021. The investment company drew attention to several key factors, including the company's market reputation, internal corporate culture, personal image of the owners, and, most importantly, business development prospects.

InSoft Partners acquires shares in the service IT B2B businesses and participates in operational processes to scale and increase the value of portfolio companies. Previous exits were made in the interests of the following counterparties: OakTree Capital Management and UST Global. Current projects include: InoXoft, Linkup Studio, and Indeema Software.
