Indeema’s Drone Platform Featured at AWS and Avnet Event

We’re excited to share that Indeema was invited to participate in the Executive Dinner Forum: State of Connected Edge Intelligence and Generative AI, a prestigious event hosted by AWS and Avnet. This exclusive event brought together tech executives, innovators, and industry leaders for an evening of insights, networking, and cutting-edge technology discussions.
As part of the forum, Indeema had the honor of showcasing our drone-to-cloud connectivity platform—a demo built in partnership with Avnet’s /IOTCONNECT and powered by AWS infrastructure.

Drone Demo: From Flight to Real-Time Intelligence

During the event, attendees experienced a live demonstration of our drone platform, featuring cloud connectivity via AWS IoT Core and IoTConnect. The system streamed real-time telemetry data—including relative altitude readings, orientation data from the onboard IMU and battery status—into a custom dashboard, while the live video feed from the drone’s onboard camera was displayed separately on an additional screen.

This showcase highlighted how advanced UAVs can securely transmit data to the cloud, enabling smarter operations, fleet monitoring, and mission control—all in real time. It was a hands-on example of what’s possible when IoT, edge computing, and cloud technologies come together.
